These general conditions of sale have to define the terms and conditions of access to opportunities and services offered by Holidays Love, whose management is ensured by Miss Fofana Aïssatou. Preamble
On the use of the site Love Holidays, these general conditions of sale are subject to french. 
   According to Article 27 of the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the recipient is informed that the personal information requested during registration are essential to the treatment of the command: Each member has a right of withdrawal and correction of data.

-The provision of online credit card number and the final validation of the worth of the entire evidence of the said order and give rise to liability for payments made by items on the order form, unless proved otherwise. This validation implies acceptance of all operations carried out. The prices of products and services proposed are all taxes unless otherwise indicated. 
-Our prices are guaranteed (except typo) for the duration of the offer. 
-measure of quality and safety of our services, the love Holidays reserves the right not to accept or delete your account without having to justify in any way whatsoever.  

- Holidays-love is not a travel agency but a club meeting, and all trips offered on the site llove
-Holidays are sold by partners holding a state license as required by the Act of 15 July 1992 ..
-Holidays-love can in no way be regarded as travel agent. 
- Holidays-love acts as intermediary; Partners are solely responsible for the proper performance of obligations resulting from Article L 221.11-law of 13 July 1992. 
-Bookings are made only by phone directly from our partner 

Terms of Payment 

-The member has the option to pay in online enrollment:  
- By credit card 
- Check french
- By bank transfer 
- Or at our offices  
- All reservations are final, an order is taken into account once the payment validated. 

-Right of Withdrawal  

- Pursuant to Rule 2-121-20 code consumer you have a period of 7 days to go back. Therefore the total amount paid will be refunded: 
- Refunds will be made at the latest within thirty days.  - However in accordance with Article L-121-20-2 the period does not apply to services whose execution has started (using Forum, involvement in a hobby, etc ...).  its right-s are not valid for travel (provided the tour operator offering travel) 

Disclaimer  

- Holidays Love is strictly liable for the performance of the contract, the responsibility of Holidays Love can not be held liable if the breach of its obligations may be linked to an unpredictable and insurmountable than a third (partner défaillant , minimum number of participants was not achieved). In the context of force majeure as defined in French law or is simply a fault of the participant. 
-More responsibility for your provider can not be questioned if occurring during the use of some inconveniences such as a break in service or any damage including the presence of viruses or outside access, or any specific case characterized as force majeure by the courts. 
-The contractual obligation to you linking Holidays Love is an obligation of means and not of result. It only makes you a tool of communication. 
-Holidays Love can not be held liable for misrepresentation of its members, conduct meetings and possible consequences. 
- Love Holidays accepts no liability for direct or indirect arising from the use of different formulas.  
- By participating in an outing, activity proposed by Holidays Love or privileges of members, you hire your own risk: indeed, Love Holidays or not a privilege of offering its members an exit can not be held liable for any incident at release time. (Please check with your insurance, it covers the risks associated with the output in question). 

-Your commitment  

- When creating your profile and the first use of the Service, you agree to abide by the rules of conduct described below:  You agree to provide accurate and complete information about you, and give them updated regularly. 
- Do not make personal data (email, address, phone, URL other than your private messages). 
- Do not send messages of a sexual nature, or to add to your profile a picture with sexual connotations. 
- Do not impersonate others. 
- Do not send message content harmful, threatening, abusive, libelous, hateful, aggressive, racist, vulgar, derogatory, inappropriate, abusive, violent, obscene or pornographic, just what constitutes a violation of penal provisions, c that is to say, child pornography, pedophilia, racism, xenophobia, advertising offers and services of a sexual nature, the sale of drugs etc ... 
- Do not harass other members
